What happens if my park grows past a price band?
You move to the next band, and we tell you before it happens — never a surprise on a bill. Nothing about the product changes; the only thing a band affects is the price. That applies to founding parks too: keeping these prices for life means our list prices never go up on you, not that growing into a bigger park can't move you into the next band. If you're near a boundary, call and we'll tell you exactly where you land.
Is there a setup fee, a contract, or a minimum?
None of the three. No setup fee, no contract, no monthly minimum, and no per-feature add-ons. Many general property-management tools carry a minimum around $200/mo before you add features; this does not.
Do I pay more per month if I pay monthly instead of yearly?
No, because there is no yearly plan. One price, billed monthly, cancel whenever you want — no annual-prepay rate that quietly jumps when you switch to monthly, and no promotional rate that resets on you in a year. If our list price ever changes we'll tell you well before it touches your bill, and the first ten parks keep these prices for life regardless.
What does the first month cost?
Nothing. Your first month is free, and the first ten parks to sign up keep these prices for life — if our list prices go up later, this table still doesn't for you. (Growing past a band is different: that moves you up the table, and we tell you before it lands on a bill.)
Is my data locked in?
No. It's month-to-month, you can cancel anytime, and you can export everything (lots, tenants, and ledgers) whenever you want.
