Three ways to reach a real person.
No phone tree, no ticket queue, no sales team who'll call you back on Tuesday. All three land in the same place: Carter, who built Lot Sidekick. Pick whichever you'd actually use.
Call
The fastest one, and what most owners use. It rings a phone in a pocket, not a call center. Get voicemail? Leave a number and you'll get a call back.
Better if you'd rather write it out, send it at midnight, or attach your rent roll. It goes to a person's inbox, not a shared support address. If it's urgent, call instead — a phone is faster than an inbox.
Send a message
Same as email, without leaving this page or opening a mail app — which is the easier path on a phone. Say as much or as little as you like; the reply comes by email.

Questions, a wrong park page, "would this work for 22 lots?" — anything. There's no wrong thing to put in here.
What people get in touch about
- "Is my park's page wrong?" The park directory is built from state registries, so some of it is out of date. Correcting yours costs $0 — claim the page, or just call and we'll fix it while you're on the phone.
- "What would this cost me?" It's published, not quoted — see pricing. If you're near a size boundary and want to know exactly where you land, ask.
- "Would this even work for my park?" Worth a five-minute call. If it's not a fit, you'll be told that, not sold anyway.
- "Can I see it first?" Yes — the live demo is a real park you can click around in, no signup.
