The rules that apply in Connecticut
Connecticut has no statewide cap on lot-rent increases, but requires at least 30 days' written notice and that a new rent be consistent with comparable lots in the same park (Conn. Gen. Stat. §21-80). Larger towns have fair rent commissions that can review an increase.
